  • Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. In each session, I channel universal life force energy to help ease stress, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional clarity.

    This sacred practice invites your body to shift into a state of rest, where true healing can begin — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki sessions offer a safe space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner calm.

    In each session, breath becomes the bridge between body, mind, and spirit. It’s this sacred connection that allows you to ground, release, and restore.

  • Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses the power of vibrational frequencies to create deep relaxation and facilitate healing. Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and occasionally my drum and voice, we invite the body and mind to align and restore balance.

    These sacred sounds help soothe the nervous system, release emotional blocks, and guide you into deeper meditative states. The vibrations work to harmonize your energy, opening pathways for spiritual, emotional, and physical healing.

    Whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, or a profound connection to your inner self, sound healing offers a transformative journey into stillness and self-discovery.

    • Group or 1:1 Sound Healing Session $230.37 (1.5 hours)

  • Meditation is a pathway back to presence — a chance to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. In these guided sessions, I blend visualization, breathwork (pranayama), and the healing tones of singing bowls to create a safe space for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.

    Each session is intuitive and tailored, whether you’re seeking emotional grounding, spiritual connection, or simply a return to stillness. This is a sacred space to breathe, receive, and remember your true self.

  • “Louise is a miracle-working healer. I have a unique leg condition. When it an episode hits, it feels like an elevated, severe cramp. I become nearly paralyzed with profound pain, and nothing relieves or eliminates the pain except time. I’ve had this condition for over 10-years.
